Filippo Lui



Filippo Lui is a pianist, composer and producer specialising in arrangements for string sections at his The Crystal Music Studios.

He had his first approach to music at age of 5, showing a great interest in composition. He studied film music in Rome and at the conservatory in Mantova. In the following years, Filippo played his music in numerous festival achieving several awards such as “Leone d’Oro ai Grandi Talenti” in Venice and the Young International Talents Award in Sanremo Rock with the Swiss band “George”.

He collaborated with a lot of italian and international artist of the likes of TM Stevens, Albert “The Bass” Rigoni and “Endless Pain”.

Fascinated by the fusion between classical music, rock and electronic athmospheres, he created the “Crystal Music Project”, with whom he signed soundtracks made for Vatican distributed worldwide and gave concerts in the major italian theaters as “La Fenice di Venezia”, “Castello Sforzesco”, “Teatro Bibiena di Mantova”, the “Politeama di Palermo” and at the “Cafè de Paris” in Montecarlo.

Since 1998 Filippo established in Mantova his “Crystal World Music Production Studios”, a state of the art studio made for creation and musical alchemy. In the last months, Filippo focused his activities as songwriter for the “Opera Elettrosinfonica” album by his “Crystal Music Project”, as producer of the bands “Walking Cone” and “Animarma” and as endorser for Korg Inc.
